I guess life is a constant journey that let us crossing the many cultural zones and in the meeting and sharing often some of the "cross-cultural values". Some values are shared, others are often less shared. When conflict rises, we have to take us onto an inner world of thinking, greater thinking, then reflection and then maybe there will be some change or "Transformation"
